This Privacy Policy describes how CHAOSAiGENT ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the Revenue Desktop platform, collects, uses, and handles your personal information when you use our desktop-OS-inspired SaaS platform and related services.
1. INFORMATION.WE.COLLECT
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name and email address
- Profile information you choose to provide
- Authentication credentials (managed via OAuth providers — we do not store passwords directly)
1.2 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with Revenue Desktop, including:
- Features and tools accessed
- Session duration and frequency
- Workspace configuration preferences
- VaiB credit usage and transaction history
1.3 Device and Technical Data
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- IP address
- Device identifiers
1.4 Payment Information
Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
2. HOW.WE.USE.YOUR.INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Revenue Desktop platform and your workspace
- Process transactions including subscription payments and VaiB credit purchases
- Improve and personalize your experience based on usage patterns
- Communicate with you about account activity, updates, and support
- Ensure security and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Analyze platform performance and usage trends to improve our services
3. THIRD.PARTY.SERVICES
Revenue Desktop integrates with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

- Analytics cookies: Understand how users interact with the platform (via PostHog)
- Preference cookies: Remember your workspace settings and theme preferences
You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
5. DATA.RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained while your account exists
- Usage analytics: Retained for up to 24 months in aggregated form
- Payment records: Retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years)
- VaiB credit history: Retained for the duration of your account
Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. DATA.DELETION
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@revenuedesktop.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days
- Some data may be retained where required by legal obligations
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before automatic purging
7. YOUR.RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data we hold
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to certain types of data processing
- Port your data to another service in a standard format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@revenuedesktop.com.
9. CHILDRENS.PRIVACY
Revenue Desktop is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. INTERNATIONAL.DATA.TRANSFERS
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
11. CHANGES.TO.THIS.POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

- Notify you via email or a prominent notice within the platform
